Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At Vivid Designs, customer satisfaction is very important to us. However, due to the nature of digital products and customized services, we have a strict refund and return policy.

Our refund policy lasts 7 days after the date of delivery or project handover.
If 7 days have passed since completion, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Refunds and returns are only applicable under certain conditions, such as:

  • Project delivery does not match the agreed scope of work.

  • Major technical defects in a delivered product (such as a website or digital file).

  • Non-delivery of digital products.

 

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Certain items and services cannot be refunded, including:

  • Downloadable digital files (graphics, templates, designs).

  • Completed and approved custom graphic design projects.

  • Completed and approved website designs or website development work.

  • Service hours, consultations, and strategy sessions.

Gift cards and custom design packages are also non-refundable.

To Complete a Refund Request

You must provide:

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or payment confirmation).

  • Detailed explanation of the issue or dissatisfaction.

  • Any supporting evidence (such as screenshots).

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • A service was only partially delivered.

  • Mutual agreement for service cancellation before project completion.

  • Minor project defects that affect usability but can still be corrected.

 

Refunds (if approved)

Once your refund request is received and assessed, we will notify you via email whether it has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • Check your bank account again.

  • Contact your credit card company — it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

  • Contact your bank — there is often a processing delay.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced services or products may be refunded.
Discounted or promotional purchases are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Since we sell digital services and not physical products, exchanges are not applicable.
Corrections or revisions for your digital project can be discussed under our revision policy.

Shipping Returns

Physical returns do not apply since we sell digital services and not physical products.
