We offer both. Managed means we schedule and publish on agreed platforms and add basic publishing notes. Full social community management and paid ad management are quoted separately.
We prepare ad creative and can set up basic campaigns. Paid media management, budgets and ROAS optimisation are provided under a separate scope.

Yes. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. Cancellation terms and notice periods are set out in the retainer agreement.
