Description: Single page or landing site designed to capture leads or promote a single offer. Includes hero, a clear call to action and a contact form. One revision and basic on-page SEO included.

2. Small business website:

Description: Up to four pages (Home, About, Services, Contact). Includes contact form, map, basic SEO per page and two revision rounds.

3. E-commerce starter:

Description: WooCommerce setup, product pages for up to ten items, payment gateway configuration and checkout testing. Product upload support included for the initial items.

If you need a bespoke package, request a proposal and attach a short brief. We will return a structured scope, timeline and price.

Our pricing and commercial terms:

We publish starting points for budgeting guidance. Final pricing is confirmed in a scoped proposal after reviewing your brief.

  • 50 percent deposit required to begin.
  • Balance due on delivery or by agreed milestones.
  • Deliverables and revision rounds defined in the proposal.
  • Any scope changes are quoted separately.
  • Retainers and hosting are billed monthly in advance.
  • Deliverables or hours are agreed upfront.
  • Extra work beyond the retainer is billed at the agreed hourly rate.
  • Standard notice period for cancellation is 30 days unless the proposal states otherwise.
  • Standard ad-hoc or out-of-scope rate: from R195 per hour.
  • Extra content page or product upload: from R145 each.
  • Rush delivery: quoted per job.
  • Emergency recovery and malware removal: quoted per incident.
  • Third-party costs such as premium plugins, fonts or print production are billed separately and only after approval.

  • Scoped proposal:

  • Design and build:

    Design concepts are produced and refined during the agreed revision rounds. Websites are built in WordPress and tested on desktop and mobile.

  • Review and revisions:

    Feedback is consolidated in one response where possible and applied within the agreed rounds.

  • Launch or delivery:

    We publish the site or deliver final design files and provide simple handover notes.

  • Ongoing support:

    Hosting, maintenance and creative retainers are available after launch for ongoing updates and improvements.

For larger projects you can request milestone billing and staged delivery. We keep approval steps clear so projects do not stall.
