Our pricing and commercial terms:

- 50 percent deposit required to begin.
- Balance due on delivery or by agreed milestones.
- Deliverables and revision rounds defined in the proposal.
- Any scope changes are quoted separately.
- Retainers and hosting are billed monthly in advance.
- Deliverables or hours are agreed upfront.
- Extra work beyond the retainer is billed at the agreed hourly rate.
- Standard notice period for cancellation is 30 days unless the proposal states otherwise.
- Standard ad-hoc or out-of-scope rate: from R195 per hour.
- Extra content page or product upload: from R145 each.
- Rush delivery: quoted per job.
- Emergency recovery and malware removal: quoted per incident.
- Third-party costs such as premium plugins, fonts or print production are billed separately and only after approval.
