1. How much does an online store cost?

Costs depend on product count, shipping logic and payment integrations. Starter packages include initial product uploads, additional uploads are charged per product or can be factored into your proposal as requireed.

2. Which payment gateways can be intergrated with my online store?

We integrate common South African gateways such as PayFast, PayGate and Ozow. The relevant merchant accounts must be active from the clients end before integration can be performed.

3. How long will my store take to launch?

Most stores take 2–6 weeks depending on product readiness. Brochure websites can take 1–2 weeks.

4. What deposit is required?

One-off projects require a 50 percent deposit to begin. The balance is due on completion or per pre agreed project milestone.

5. Do you offer hosting and maintenance?

6. What if I need changes after launch?
