Best for: WooCommerce stores and more complex websites. Online stores change frequently due to orders, stock and pricing. They need closer monitoring.

Includes everything in Business Care, plus:

  • Up to 90 minutes of content or product updates per month
  • Higher priority support response

Billing structures and terms:

  • Hosting and maintenance are billed monthly, quarterly or annually.
  • Cancellation requires written notice as defined in your agreement.
  • Emergency support outside plan scope is quoted before work begins.
  • Third party premium plugins or licences are billed separately if required.
  • You retain ownership of your website and content.

Frequently Asked Questions:

1. Do I have to host with Vivid Designs to get maintenance?

No. You may keep your current host. For security and predictability we usually recommend moving to our managed hosting plans, especially for WooCommerce sites. If you remain on a third party host we will need sufficient access and an environment that meets our technical baseline.

2. What happens if my website gets hacked?

If you are on a maintenance plan we prioritise recovery. We will attempt a full restore from backup, remove malware and harden security. If you are not on a plan we can still recover but the incident will be quoted and billed separately.

3. Do you manage email accounts?

We assist with DNS records and routing but we do not generally host mailboxes. If you need mailbox hosting, we will recommend providers and can configure DNS to work with them.

4. Is WooCommerce supported?

Yes. WooCommerce sites require closer maintenance due to transaction data, plugin updates and higher hosting resources. We recommend the Advanced Plan for most stores.

5. Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes. Plans are flexible and can be adjusted as your site grows or your needs change. Upgrades take effect immediately and adjustments are prorated where appropriate.

6. How quickly do you respond to incidents?

Standard plan clients: initial response within one business day.
Advanced plan and priority retainer clients: initial response typically within 4 hours for critical incidents.

6. How long are backups retained?

Standard plan: weekly or daily backups with 30 day retention depending on plan. Advanced plan: daily backups with 30 to 90 day retention configurable.
